In 1985, George S. Bay & Company was established and operated with three partners. In 1996, George Bay passed away, survived by Henry S. Chi, who subsequently changed the name to Henry S. Chi & Company. Henry’s experience included auditing in Arthur Anderson LLP, managerial and controllership experience in Avery Dennison and Kunyoung Construction, U.S.A, Ltd.

Since 1996, our firm has been assisting businesses in all aspects of their accounting, tax, and business consultation ranging from accounting service to tax controversy, and foreign income and reporting issues. Later joined our firm are Samuel Nam, CPA and Elisha Park, CPA who have variety of public and private accounting knowledge and experience.

For over 30 years, we have been diligently and intellectually working with our clients and consistently successful in solving their accounting, tax and business issues. Our proven track records along with dedication to client service will continue on in the future.
